- 4 chicken tenders
- 4 tablespoons tomato purée
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 12 salami slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375˚F.
- Spread tomato purée over chicken.
- Please 3 salami slices on each piece of chicken
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 mins., or until chicken is cooked through.
