Ingredients:
- 1/4 onion, minced, sautéed (in oil) & cooled
- 2.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread, broken into small pieces
- Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
- Sprinkle of pizza seasoning
- Nonstick spray
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover a baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray!
- Roll into meatballs.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
